We advise you to reserve your equipment more than 48 hours in advance, directly on our website (reservations close the day before at 7 p.m.) or in store at any time during our opening hours.

Please not than we do not take reservations by phone.

This is possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability without reservation.

In case of bad weather, you can contact us, we will do our best to postpone your reservation depending of availability.

If you reserve, full payment i requested during the reservation (by bank card).

Without reservation, the payement of the rental will be payable when picking up the equipment in cash or bank card.

During the reservation on our website, you will need to choose the size of the bike.

It may happen that two sizes correspond to you, in this case, here are some tips :

• Choose the available material
• Choose the material adapted to your morphology, for example if you have long legs and a small bust, prefer the smaller size and vice versa (this is only advice, it does not apply to all morphologies)
• In the mountains, a smaller bike will be more comfortable uphill

You can come with your shoes (automatic or basket) we have different types of pedals,here is the list.

We also have the possibility to rent shoes. 
If your pedals do not appear in this list, we advise you to bring your own.

The material can be collected during our opening hours.

All half-day morning rentals begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m. the same day,
All afternoon half-day rentals start at 2:00 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. of the same day,
Half-day rentals cannot be combined over time, even with other rental periods.
All day rentals begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. of the same day.
All rentals of 2 days or more begin at 8:30 a.m. on the first day and end at 6:30 p.m. on the last day.

To collect the equipment, we will ask you for your booking number (received by email), a bank card (Visa or MasterCard only)and an identity document in the same name.

Nothing will be debited from the credit card, we simply keep its information during the rental for the caution.
Without a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) and ID at the same name, the equipment cannot be taken.
The price of the reservation will remain to be paid.

Subject to availability (call us the day before from 5:00pm), you can pick up the equipment between 6:30pm. and 7pm the day before the day of your rental with no extra charge.
In case of unavailability the day before, the equipment need to be take the morning of the reservation.
Albion Cycles cannot be held responsible in the event of non-availability the day before.If you really want to pick up the equipment the day before, you also have the option of booking an extra day, the bike will be available the first day of your rental on the opening of the shop.

Without agreement, the material will be collected and returned during the opening hours of the shop.

The equipment can be collected or returned at any time during the opening hours of the shop, however, no refund can be made.If the return time is exceeded, this will be charged at 30€ per period of 30 minutes, any periode started must be payed.

Be careful if you do not show up on the first day of your reservation without informing us, your reservation may be canceled, the equipment reserved will then be returned to the rental.

Please note, without information from you, the “one day” rate will be systematically added per day of delay.
